 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stacy's World! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There will be separate charges for two day shipping and overnight shipping.

Damages

Stacy's World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds 

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) will be inspected upon return. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you used a coupon on your purchase it is also non-refundable.

Exchange 

 If a coupon is used to purchase your item you are not eligible for a refund but you will be rewarded store credit for your next purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
